Location & Weather
Upon arrival and after parking, please follow the signs to the event area.

As advertised, this event is being hosted in a large hay field. While we are hoping for good weather, thanks to the generosity of our friends at A&S Party Rentals, we have secured approximately 5,000 square feet of tenting in the event of inclement weather.

The weather forecast looks more promising for Saturday so we hope to take advantage of both the indoor and open aired space.
Check-in:
At our registration tent, please check-in with one of the representatives. You will receive your T-Shirts, Raffle Tickets, Scoring Sheets and more scheduling info upon Check-in. Representatives will also be selling additional T-Shirts and Raffle Tickets throughout the event and we encourage you to buy some more as a way to increase our overall donation to the SCAC.
Also, don't forget to get your team picture taken at Check-in. We have an onsite photographer for the day and hope you memorialize the good memories.
Tournament Brackets, Scheduling and More.
A general listing of the teams that have entered may be found on our website by clicking here.
In terms of scheduling, unless we've been told of a scheduling conflict, we expect that all teams will play within the first 30 minutes of the 1:00 PM kick-off time so expect to arrive between12:00 PM and the 1:00 PM start and be ready to play.
We are finalizing brackets and game pairings but note that all scoring, scheduling and court assignments will be handled via the Scoreholio application. In our main tent area there will be two large TVs with the pairings and court assignment information presented in real-time for both divisions and we will also be making announcements on pairings via our PA system throughout the day to help things run smoothly.
You may also access this information via the Scoreholio mobile app. The email you used to enter the tournament can be used when logging into Scoreholio to find the tournament dashboard. Do note, however, this is not required.
You may download the Scoreholio app in both the AppStore and Google Play Store.
For the Scoreholio links to each tournament please click the links below.
Support our Vendors
We will have two food trucks onsite to keep everyone fed throughout the day. If you get the opportunity please visit them and show your support. We are very much appreciative of their being with us for the day and would love to see everyone partake in their offerings.

We will be using Text Messaging to update participants throughout the week and during the event itself. Please be on the look-out for these messages.

Thanks to our good friends at the Warren County Baggers, we will be using the Scoreholio system to manage the tournament. Players do not need a Scoreholio account to update scoring and information but instead will use score sheets that will be submitted to the tournament table.

A large TV with updated scoring and pairing information will also relay updated information in the main tent area.
